Great Southern Nights present two of Australia’s finest, Nick Barker & Ben Leece at The Midnight Special on Sat 5th April for 2 very special solo sets.
Nick Barker is one of Australia’s most-loved artists and one of our finest songwriters, having written songs with Paul Kelly, Jimmy Barnes, Mick Thomas, Tim Rogers and Felicity Urquhart. He also fronted one of the best Australian bar bands Nick Barker and the Reptiles and played bass for Melbourne’s punk blues group The Wreckery.
Nick’s guest for the night is Ben Leece heading down the highway from Newcastle.
He will be playing tunes from his critically acclaimed album No Wonder The World Is exhausted and treating us to some new tracks currently being recorded.
